Do I need a subscription?
Brand name credits and AI visibility reports are one-off purchases. Trademark Watch and Competitor Watch are annual services.
How long do name credits last?
Paid name-check credits are valid for one year from purchase.
Is GST included?
Listed prices include 18% GST; nothing is added at checkout. GST invoices are available on request: email hello@brandauditor.ai with your GSTIN and the invoice is issued in your business name.
Can I use name credits for AI visibility?
The current offer allows one full AI visibility report to run for 25 name credits.
What happens when my free trial ends?
The trial ends after 7 days or once the 10 free checks are used, whichever comes first. You can buy a credit pack at any time. Paid credits are valid for one year and unlock detailed conflict information and the PDF report download.
What payment methods do you accept?
Indian cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, through Razorpay. Card details go to Razorpay, not to us.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase; email hello@brandauditor.ai. Used credits are not refundable, because each check incurs real search and API costs when it runs. Trademark Watch and Competitor Watch are one-year prepaid purchases. They do not renew automatically; you renew by hand at the end of the year, and the unused part of a year is not refunded.
Can I track more than five competitors?
Yes. Competitor Watch is ₹1,500 a year for one company or ₹5,000 for five, then ₹500 a year for each company beyond five.
